Congratulations to Ellen!!! As you can see Ellen blew the competition away! She lost 10% that is so awesome. When I talked to her she said she was really watching what she ate and had been working her butt off! She also said Heather has been working her to death! Great job Ellen you really are an example to all of us and have shown us we can and should be able to do a lot in 30 days!!!
I really hope we have all implemented a few new habits and hopefully we can all reach our weight goals and keep them there :) I think everyone did awesome! It has been nice to be able to talk to all of you congrats to everyone-especially Ellen!
